This industrial building was completely refurbished and painted externally with Energy Star heat reflective paints. Internal painting was also done.

Large family home in Benalla
February 2008

This very hot home required tiles and gutters to be painted. Energy Star tile guard was used refreshing the faded look of the tiles and reducing heat into the home during hot days.

K20 Architecture Offices, South Melbourne

Offices are in a 100 year old historic white stone house with a tin roof. The project required painting of external walls and roof and in both instances, Energy Star heat reflective paint products were used.
