Project: 50 year old homestead
overlooking Edwards River

Date: Mid 2008

Description: Internal painting of 50-year old homestead.

A "freshen up" of this home was needed, including feature walls to offset the elegant furnishings and period style furniture.

Further comment: 15 years ago veranda roof was painted in Energy Star EC100 which is an insulating and heat reflective membrane. Owner is extremely happy with the product and is always recommending to friends.

Maintenance: regular washing has kept it working the same as when it was applied.
