Description:
Client contacted us with a leaking Asbestos roof on his holiday home in Bonnie Doon. One sheet of asbestos was cracked and needed to be repaired and sealed. The crack was tapped and the entire roof
surface was encapsulated in Energy Star EC 100 Heat Reflective Paint. This work was completed following the strict guide lines of the Australian Standard for Asbestos roofing.

Results:
The owners are extremely happy with the work and the appearance of their roof.
‐ They have saved money rejuvenating the roof instead of replacing it
‐ They have saved on disposal of waste and landfill.
‐ They also have the added benefit of keeping their home cooler and saving on energy costs.
