Benalla, Victoria Residential Project: Family Home/Tiled Roof

Description: This client enquired about painting their tiled roof and were very impressed to hear that there was a paint on the market that would reflect heat as well as giving a life expectancy that was three times longer. Their home was very hot, they were excited at the prospect of cooling it so easily and cost effectively.
The tiles had faded over the years and needed to be tidied up.

There is a salt pool very close to the home, which has contributed to the fading tiles and rusting of box gutters.

Result: We suggested using Energy Star EC100 Dirtguard on the gutters which would seal off the rust and the salt will no longer be a problem in the future. This process has saved replacing the gutters and related costs.

The tiles were painted in Energy Star Tile Guard.
