ES Exterior - Gloss & Low Sheen
Suitable Surfaces: timber, fibro, masonry and metal
ESnergy Star Exterior Gloss is a water-based, infrared heat reflective, 100% acrylic coating. The product is labelled with the Energy Star® logo and is a qualified Energy Star® product. This means our product meets the Energy Star® specifications for cool coatings and strict energy efficient guidelines set by the Environmental Protection Agency, otherwise known as the (E.P.A.).

ES Metal-flex Low Sheen
Suitable Surfaces: new and aged metal roofs
Energy Star Metalflex is a water-based, infrared heat reflective, 100% acrylic gloss and low sheen coating for primed metal roofing.
The product is a premium grade coating, designed for use on all correctly prepared and primed sloped metal roofing. It is low in V.O.C. and available as both ultra high gloss and low sheen finishes. Its’ adhesion promotes and provides a strong bond to primed metal substrates with an excellent flexibility that copes well with the dimensional instability of metal roofing sheet.

ES Tilesheild SM - Gloss & Low Sheen

Energy Star Tileshield SM Gloss is a water-based, infrared heat reflective, silicone modified, 100% acrylic coating for concrete roof tiles. The product is a premium grade water-based 100% acrylic coating, designed for use on all correctly prepared concrete roofing. It is low in V.O.C., highly water repellent, has excellent flexibility and its' adhesion provides a strong long-term bond to concrete tiles.

Tile Sealer

Tile Sealer is a blend of fine sized particles of pure acrylic resins specially formulated as a penetrating sealer/binder that is applied to freshly cleaned concrete roofing tiles prior to the protective topcoat.
The product was designed to minimize the possibility of adhesion failure due to lack of penetration of the topcoat. Often the pigmented topcoats that are applied to concrete roof tiles during the restoration process are too high in viscosity and pigment volume concentration to enable the correct penetration of the material into the micro pores of the existing surface. The application of Tile Sealer will ensure long term adhesion of the topcoat at an extremely low investment cost.

ES Dirt Guard IR Elastic
Suitable surfaces masonry / textured finished walls
Energy Star Dirtguard IR Elastic is a crack bridging 100% acrylic elastomeric wall coating that exhibits outstanding exterior durability. This semi-gloss coating has excellent elongation and recovery characteristics that provide a positive waterproof seal for masonry and texture finished walls.
The product is silicone modified for added water resistance and durability with a high resistance to carbon dioxide permeability, making it ideal for seafront and inter city masonry wall applications. It is a high solid and low V.O.C. product with low temperature flexibility to -20°C.
Energy Star Dirtguard IR Elastic is a low odour formulation, which contains no harmful solvents, making it environmentally friendly and safe for applicators.
